This workshop empowers participants to grow and engage in activities that honor human diversity, promote cultural self-awareness, gain in-depth knowledge of the history of ethnic and cultural groups, and examine historical and institutional power of the “isms."

Professional Mediation Training
May 10-12 & 17-19, Wed 1-5pm, Thu & Fri 9am-6pm, $650

This intensive 40-hour course is designed for professionals and others who are interested in developing mediation and conflict resolution skills. Participants will learn the eight-stage mediation model, conflict theory and styles, mediator communication skills, and principles of conflict resolution. Combining theory and practice, students will also participate in mock mediations and receive a certificate of completion after the course.
